ABB FlexArc C-500

The ABB FlexArc C-500 is a self contained Robot welding cell with a weight capacity of 1100 pounds per side.  The system includes: *  IRB 1400 robot *  S4C+ Controller with Ethernet *  Orbit IRBP 500C positioner *  Perimeter safety fencing *  Welding power supply and Torch *  Light beam safety system *  Torch service and supply station Options listed below.

ABB FlexArc R-250/R-750

The ABB FlexArc R-Series have the features of the FlexArc C series, with the addition of dual head and tail stocks.  The cells have a weight capacity of 550 and 1650 pounds per side respectively. The systems include: *  IRB 1400 robot *  S4C+ Controller with Ethernet *  Orbit IRBP 250R or 750R positioner *  Perimeter safety fencing *  Welding power supply and Torch *  Light beam safety system *  Torch service and supply station *  39" turning diameter on head stock Options listed below.

ABB FlexArc K-250/K-750

The ABB FlexArc K-Series have the features of the FlexArc R series, but index vertically in a ferris wheel type of movement.  The cells have a weight capacity of 550 and 1650 pounds per side respectively. The systems include: *  IRB 1400 robot *  S4C+ Controller with Ethernet *  Orbit IRBP 250K or 750K positioner *  Perimeter safety fencing *  Welding power supply and Torch *  Light beam safety system *  Torch service and supply station *  39" turning diameter on head stock Options listed below.
